lock core holder (customizable)

Customizable lock core hand holder. This was strongly influenced by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1386781 with the following improvements

1. Optional cutaway for cut away locks (note if yours is cutaway on the other side just mirror the part in your slicer.
2. Extra room in the back to allow the unlocked cylinder to rotate freely when pushed all the way into the holder.
3. Set screw is now 6-32x1/4" (a plus or a minus), which is the most common size "coarse" computer screw, so you should be able to find one around your house or at a computer shop. Also the nut is now optional, if you choose not to print the nut then you can either tap 6-32 threads or just have the screw self tap (ABS recommended in this case).
4. Holder now has parallel long sides, so you can place it in a vice more easily. The original oval shape an option as well.

Update Jan-2020: Added support for SFIC 6 and 7 pin cores. SFIC may require a tiny bit of support on the inside.
