This device allows you to hold an antitheft disc locker on a specific motorbike.
Two bolt & nuts are required to hold the two part together and lock it on the frame of the bike.
Instruction:
- print & clean the part. Use strong materials such at PETG that resist higher temperatures
- insert the two nuts in the smaller part (see picture) and the two bolts on the bigger part
- place the smaller part behind the frame (you might release the cable fixed on the top tube of the triangle during this operation - do not forget to put it back after)
- the smaller part should be perfectly adjusted to your frame. If it is not the case, adjust (sand paper / black duct tape).
- while holding the smaller part, place the bigger part on the top of the smaller one. Again adjust if needed
- screw both bolts firmly
This is it ! The disc lock I used is "kooroom" brand. You might have to adjust the design to fit other brands
