Locking Clip for IKEA SAMLA boxes

A clip to lock the IKEA SAMLA boxes so the lid does not fall off. Based on a [previous work of \_stew\_](https://stratum0.org/wiki/RepRap/Modelle#SAMLA-Hook). This version fits for the SAMLA boxes with 5l/1gal, 11l/3gal or 22l/6gal. Other sizes are in development, see the GitHub link below.

The STL is a pre-rendered version with a length of 40mm. The OpenSCAD script is more customizable, but needs [obiscad](http://github.com/obijuan/obiscad).
