Locust 5"

The Locust 5" is a lightweight (60g with necessary hardware) and rugged race oriented quadcopter. Optimised for cheap production, durability and compatibility. The Loc5 has a size of about 200mm motor to motor and uses an outer 40mm hole spacing, allowing it to be widely compatible with many Shendrones pods. I like to use the Skinny Screamer 40 degree pod with my Loc5. (The STL file for the Skinny Screamer Pod can be found in the Loc5 thing files. It is not my design and I take no credit for it. I have only uploaded this file to the Loc5 page because I am unable to find and link to the original listing for the Skinny Screamer Pod on Thingiverse.) The pictured Loc5 weighs 270g with props and no battery. This weight could easily be decreased by using different pods, a micro camera or a 4in1 ESC.
