Logbook Pen Holder

Not having shirt pockets, I needed a way to attach pens to my logbook while moving between meetings. I don't like attaching them to the log book itself as its quite thick and was damaging both the logbook and the pen clip.
Not seeing something I liked on Amazon (that didn't cost the earth!), I knocked up a simple pen holder that could be attached to various logbooks.
