Logitech G29 Quick Release Mod

Logitech g29 wheel quick release mod with auto lock and working buttons.

Custom wheel mount is for wheels that has 6x70 PCD bolt patterns (most popular pattern)

Things you need:

1x 7 pin PH2.0 female and male connectors set with 150mm wires
x2 8 pin or 7 pin Magnetic Pogo Pin Connector 2.54mm set with ears
x1 M3x6-8mm bolt and M3 nut
x2 M6x30mm Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws and x2 M6 nuts
x3 4x25-30mm pan head wood screws
x6 M5x20mm countersunk screws
x4 D2x6-8mm screws for magnetic connectors
x2 10x2 or x1 10x4 round magnet
x1 6x2 round magnet
AWG22 or AWG24 wire
Print settings I used:

4 wall

5 top and bottom layers

20% gyroid infill

Tree auto supports except Custom wheel 2. part normal auto

PETG filament

Print orientation is important



To add magnets pause the printing at layer:

145 for G29 original wheel mount

145 for custom wheel mount part 1

44 for lock pin
