Listed as Remix, but designed from the ground up using Ashiraki's desing as a guide.
I reproduced the design in OpenSCAD and left a bit more space for the original cable. I also added some wider feet in the style of said cable to make it more stable.
Required equipement: soldering iron, 2 screws (not exactly sure of the size, put them as best I could below), female micro USB B and female USB A boards, about 10-15cm of wire.
Recommended: multimeter to check connections.
screw dimensions:
head diameter: 5mm
length: 7mm or more, mine are 12mm
screw inner diam: ~2mm
