Allows you to quickly hide the webcam to preserve your privacy.
Very useful for home office. You never know if an admin does not take control remotely and allows himself to spy on us.
This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4659157. I just reduced the diameter of the axis to be able to use a piece of 1.75 mm filament for the assembly.
In addition Base-V3.stl has a structure that allows the printer to hang the filament without it dangling.

### The different models
1. Base-V2.stl printed without supports. We can see that the top circle is cropped.
2. Base-V2.stl printed with support. The result is better but the support is difficult to remove.
3. Base-V3.stl printed without supports. The result is almost identical to Model 2 except that there is no support to remove.
