I redesigned this from scratch.
The previous version would flex as filament moved through it, it would catch and pull the guide down, eventually the hoop broke and I found that it really put stress on the filament when the head moved side to side...overall I hated my old design so I made this one which has been amazing!
The filament can easily move back and forth, there is no flexing, no stress areas, and it prevents my filament from rubbing on the metal or LED light holders I printed for my frame.
I would sand the inside of the loop to make it smooth.
