Long Rain Stick

This long rain stick can make delicate rain sounds that go on and on. Each turn of the stick can make the sound of falling rain for 30 seconds or more. The video here shows almost 60 seconds of continuous rain sounds with just two turns of the stick. Slanting and turning the stick allows the user to control the volume and length of the rain sound. Modular construction allows users to make an even longer stick if they desire. The model includes 2 tubes with a closed end, and 1 tube that is open on both ends, 2 couplers, and digital rice pellets. When assembled it makes a rain stick that is 75 cm long (750 mm, 29.5").
