Lorei Lead Screw Knob

A simple knob to put on top of the lead screw so you can move the extruder arm up/down when the printer is off, for maintenance.

Also makes leveling dual extruders easier. You can move the extruder arm/up down with the knob, and put a small piece of paper under the nozzles. Adjust the bed level until you feel the same amount of drag under each nozzle and you know the bed is correctly leveled. Do that in all four corners and you're all set!

The threads are a bit tight, so you shouldn't need to print the nut, but if the knob screws on too loosely, put the nut underneath and tighten them against each other.
