Loud Owl Fixed

I liked the idea of the original Loud Owl design but found that its design was very messy, and the left fan was effectively useless. So, I cleaned it up and optimized the air flow path to be much smoother, and now the left fan actually works.

V2 Update: Further improved and cleaned the model. Improved how equal the two sides are, and also increased the overall flow of both sides by widening the openings a lot.
