Its made to conceal a 16mm electrical tube coming out of the wall.The two holes in the front is 4mm diameter, with an overlap of 5mm. Simply thread the loudspeaker cable through the print and hug it to the wall to create the illusion of a smooth electrical box instead of a tube sticking out of the wall.
