Why this Thing.

There are many Louvres on the various model offering sites but i didn't like
any of them, for varied reasons.

As usual for me, i studied many offerings and then formulated my own design.

There are three major parts to my system and i have upload my Freecad model so you can
adjust to suit your own sizes or remix.
Parts as listed below:-

1) Front Facia Plate.
2) Back Fix Plate.
3) Blade (6 off).

The size of the unit is based on what i can fit across my printer bed minus a safe print gap either side
of my bed. Size is overall across the front face of the frame 190 mm x 135 mm x 27 mm deep.

The front frame lip is 5 mm thick and the Back Fixing Plate is 16 mm deep.
There are slots in this plate to allow for some depth of material up to about 12 mm deep.
As I'm fixing into 9 mm thick wood panel / Plaster board that's all i need.
