Low PCI Backplane Extender

This is a remix from two PCI Slot Covers from @pwing.I needed this extention to fit Low PCI Card in to a normal ATX case, but unfortunately it didn´t work for my case. The cut in the ATX Backplane was too narrow. But maybe it will work for someone else. There is a second profile with thicker walls.
