Low Powered Waterproof Computer

Emergency computer built into a cheap Harbor Freight Apache Case. My goal was for it to be completely waterproof and have very low power requirements to run off a solar panel and cell phone charger. I also added an RTL SDR Dongle inside to receive Shortwave, HAM, and other radio signals.
