Low profile PTZ ceiling mount

I wanted a low profile ceiling mount for my PTZ security camera. This mount has the same hole pattern and can be mounted to a standard 4x4 octagon electrical box or just simply screwed to the ceiling. Just use a standard 1/4 UNC bolt up the center of the print, the print is clearanced to hold the head tight so it doesn't fall out and will keep it from spinning. Then you can simply screw the print to the ceiling running your cables through the hole. Spin the cameras tripod nut onto the 1/4" bolt and attach your cables.
