Low Speed Alternator

This design, at slow speed, is producing 24v DC with 3 rectifiers in series.

The two Stator Housings and two Rotor Mounts are to be joined together. The 3mm spacer can be modified but worked as is for me. The End Plates hold the bearings. Use a 1/2" threaded rod as the main shaft. 1/4" threaded rod is to be used asa framework. Use washers and lock washers.

The magnets to be used are available online. Neodymium Disc Countersunk Hole Magnets, 1.26 inch x 0.2
