lower locking hook for bicycle bag

This part is used to hold the bottom of my bags, of unknown brand (bought second hand and without apparent brands), against the frame of the luggage rack. You will also need an M4 20 screw to fix the piece to the bag.
I'm testing PLA printing this summer and we'll see if it holds.
