Lowercase Letters Puzzle

My 3.5 year old son already has a puzzle like this with capital letters, but he was missing the lowercase letters. He asked me if I would print out the lower case ones for him, but requested that I only print out the ones that look different than the capital letters ones ... which I didn't :) I couldn't find any puzzles that fit so I created them in Fusion 360. (but very nice model is from Fight2Fly here) The size is 180x170 mm and the letters are about 20x30 mm. The letters are 0,3 mm smaller than the hole. But the child had no problem inserting and removing them. One can of course change the scale but it has to be the same on all parts.Have a happy printing After printing one realizes that for example the letter b is also d,p,q and only its turning determines what it will really be :)
