I designed this dust boot for the LowRider2 since I didn't see many options out there. This is designed to be printed in one piece with no supports. There are 4 taps that can be used to screw into the router plate but I find the two small taps at the ends are more then enough to hold it in place and not have it move around.
I initially designed this to be used with some CNC dust boot brush I found on amazon but found it to be too stiff and didn't want it pushing on my Z motors too hard while running. So I decided to change them out for some 2mm crafts foam that can be found at Walmart or similar for about 50 cents for a 9x12 sheet. Cut it to the height you prefer and add some slits in it as wide or narrow as you please. You can superglue the foam in place or in my case, I used the splines meant for window screens and it was a perfect fit and removable if you ever need to replace the foam.
