LPG Cylinder plug

A replacement plug for Australian 20L LPG cylinders. I've made two versions. One is a simple plug.The other includes a loop to tie onto the side. The loop can rotate independently of the rest of the plug; it simply requires a slight pressure to rotate initially after printing. I've tried printing out of PLA and ASA with no issues.
