LR44ToLR41BatteryAdapter

GOAL: make coin battery adapter. I have smaller lr41 but need larger lr44. Make spacer to hold lr41 right at side of lr44 holder so I can use right away. RESULT: Works perfectly! 3d printing is great! ---- Dimensions: Coin batteries have following sizes: lr44: diameter=11.6mm height=5.4mmlr41: diameter: 7.9mm height=3.6mm For fit: make the lr44 -0.1mm smaller (11.5,5.3) and the lr41 +0.1mm larger (8.0,3.7) ---- Construction: For lr44 use Bambu Studio to add primative cyclinder. Scale to desired (11.5,5.3). Bambu centers cyclinder so Z must be set to 2.65 (half height) for it to sit flush on the plate. Cut out the lr41 by selecting the lr44 cyclinder and add negative part cyclinder. Scale to desired (8.0,3.7). To offset so that it touches the edge we simply calculate the differences in diameters divided by two (1.75) for the X-offset and the differences in height divided by two (0.8) for the Z-offset. Slice and print at standard settings. ---- RESULT: Works and fits perfectly!
