LRS Hinged Cover

Hinged cover with fused outputs utilizing XT60 connectors for a Meanwell LRS PSU. Most likely will work for other low profile Meanwell PSUs also.

I made both the top and bottom pieces longer to accommodate adding the fuse blocks, XT60 connectors and IEC socket.

I use this for running an LED controller and supplying power to 5 different LED strips.

A couple of notes. This is not perfect, but it ended up working for my needs. I may be revisiting it in the future as I found a need to use a relay for 5 of the (6 total) outputs.

If I were to print it again I would make the cover longer and possibly taller. Right now it is a very tight fit. I ended up using a tie wrap because I broke off the screw supports inside on the bottom cover.
