LS430 ash tray delete

Few notes:

This isn't as good as the Celsior OEM version. I've only redesigned the bottom portion, so the volume is still a bit restricted.

My car is RHD. I assume you will be able to mirror the whole thing for LHD cars.

To maximize volume, I've removed the 12V lighter socket completely and left space for a USB-C panel mount. I plan on burying a high-output 12V to USB-C adapter in the console somewhere I can find space.

I intend on lining the inside with felt. I bought a 50mm wide roll, which is conveniently close to the dimensions of the box, so it should be really easy. I've uploaded a stencil for cutting the bottom section.

Smoking is bad for you

There are a few clips on the main hinge carrier that get in the way. They were part of the old ashtray mounting mechanism. I couldn’t be bothered trying to CAD them in, so you'll need to cut them off.
