LTD Stirling Engine

this is my first model that im uploading here..... so, here is the scaled model of a ltd Stirling Engine. the diameter of the model is 9cm approx, so its a small engine. model has been build with all the working joints and used screws, locknuts and spacers. you can build this model using 3mm copper sheet for the top and lower plate(any other metal will do but use copper for best efficiancy). use acrylic tube for the main body and glass tube and graphite as power piston assembly... use any kind of high density foam board to build the displacer piston (it should be build light). there are copper mesh between displacer piston which helps to neutralize the temp of the air passing through the displacer piston holes, hence increasing the efficiency and power of the Stirling engine.. there are two rubber o rings between the acrylic tube and upper and lower plates to make the model air tight.. two screws from below the upper plate holds the flywheel tower together. flywheel tower, flywheel and other fixtures can be made from cnc machined aluminium or brass etc.. and there are two bearings inside the flywheel tower which holds the flywheel rod for free rotation.. the flywheel and the power piston crank is fixed with the help of locknuts to the flywheel rod.. this model should work in very low temp difference... so thats it, my first model. hope you like it. be sure to give some tips , tricks, and suggestion in the comment...
