The bit holder from handsomeharold is great, but I wanted something that held the full bit set plus an extra spare of the bits that came with the screwdriver. So I extended the bit holder by one row. The instructions to assemble it are the same, so I'll copy and paste them here.
"To assemble, use 4 M220 for the back hinge and the lower latch catch, and 2 M320 screws for the latch hinges."
I printed mine out of ASA, your milage with that material may vary, especially if you don't have an insulated enclosure for your printer.
