Luggage Caster Wheel Replacement

I have this old carry-on luggage that really should be tossed. Two of the wheels have been so worn down that they no longer spin but rather slide. I decided to replace them with PLA printed wheels (Not ideal material but it's all I have to work with right now). My goal was to create a wheel that could be attached over the existing riveted axel/bearing. This design has QTY 1 part, printed twice, which snaps together. Caution: once snapped together they can't be undone without breaking. As the wise Eminem once said: "You only get one shot, one opportunity".
