Luggage Wheel Replacement

Our suitcase lost one of its wheels. Fortunately the axle was still in place, so all I needed was to replace the wheel. I used OnShape.com to design this. This includes the rim and the tire printing files to a .5mm diameter difference, so it was press fit off my printer, but enough room for glue. I printed the rim in ABS at 2mm res and 50% fill. I printed the tire in Ninjaflex Semiflex at 2mm res and 50% fill as well. They were joined together with superglue, and then I used epoxy to attach the wheel assembly to the luggage axle (plastic bearing thingy that could still spin, not directly to the metal axle).
