Luke Skywalker - Modular Lightsaber

This lightsaber set is inspired by Luke Skywalker's lightsaber from Return of the Jedi. This set is part of a modular lightsaber ecosystem where you can mix and match with other sets from my Build Your Modular Lightsaber collection. Originally made to work with the plastic lightsabers from the Disney parks, I'm taking it one step further so you can 3D print the entire lightsaber for play or display. I will be regularly adding new sets to create an expansive collection of lightsabers from both the movies and games. See the Bill of Materials and notes/instructions down below! 5/4/25: I have switched around some filament types for best results going with PLA Silk Silver and Silk Gold to get a more metallic finish. I also found that a concentric top and bottom surface layers looks more like machined metal.
