Lulzbot Mini Filament Guide

I redesigned this part based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2690559 to be exactly the same height as the top of the extruder. I have an enclosure and the original design would hit the top of the plexyglass. My redesign fits perfectly, allows for full movement of the filament extruder mechanism, and is less obtrusive.

You may need to scale this part up in your slicer software from inches to mm, or 25.4.

With the far right placement of the filament spool on the mini you can end up with the filament getting pulled to some pretty extreme angles with respect to the hobbed bolt assembly. I found I was ending up with the occasional jam or skip due to this angle change, so I designed this part to help guide the filament straight into the bolt.

The part is designed to fit snugly into the little slots just above the bearing assembly. You'll need to sand or adjust dimensions slightly depending on your filament because you want a nice tight fit. I'd
