Zero clearance insert plate for a Lumberjack TS1800, printed in standard PLA (with supports for the lip). You could also add a circular void at the front of the plate for a washer to be glued in place for the magnet which is on the saw but I'm finding this is staying in place fine at the moment without it. Assembly is just gluing in the two bowties (I used the surface of the cast iron table saw bed to make sure the two pieces were flush). I just laid this in position and levelled it using the screws (through the holes) and then added weights to either side of the plate, turned the saw on and slowly rose it to cut the zero clearance with the correct blade kerf.
