I needed a replacement arm for my Lumenier Chief frame so I made one.
This model isn't literally perfect but it's pretty close and slots right in effortlessly. I added a .4mm or so chamfer to one side to counter elephants foot just a tad.
While this arm fits, I found that common 3d print materials are no where rigid enough to be usable. Minor vibrations in the motor, even with props off, cause the arms to hit what I assume is their resonate frequency and flop about in a totally unusable fashion. If used props on the vibration will cause a fly away.
To use this model effectively I believe you'll need a fiber reinforced filament, or better yet, a CNC machine to juts mill this from your own sheet of CF.
