LumiSpa Head Support Replacement

SummaryMy Wife's LumiSpa stopped working because of the Head support that rotates the whole thing.This piece was shattered into a few pieces, so I glued it back together to be able to take measurements.About the 4th try I got it right, now my Wife's LumiSpa is working again and my 3D-Printer has finally been Wife-approved :) Update 06/2025:Re-printed this on a new printer and noticed that the old design was flawed, it fitted only because my old printer had bad tolerances. So I re-created it from scratch with FreeCAD.Included is also the FreeCAD file, in case you need to adjust the size.Print SettingsPrinter Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.16 Infill: 100% Filament:Janbex PLA Black Notes: Print with 100% Infill, takes only 3 minutes to print.
