That's a cover for the Luxotic Surface.
I made my own as I didn't found an already made.
It has almost the same size than the original one but fit a bit better.
For using it you need 3 10mm x 2mm magnets. I even didn't need to glue them as they fit very tight.
You can customize it pretty easily joining of subtracting something. As I made using my logo.
