LVDT spool

Spool for making an LVDT, for the core, I used a 4mm EMI bead. This is designed for the tolerances for my printer, your mileage may varry.
There is a jig to get the spacing right when glueing it all up.

At this moment I'm going to reccomend a turn count of 400:200:400

Use a linear ramp input instead of a sine wave and your output will be a steady voltage (why does nobody do this?)
