M18 clip updated

I had issues with the original clip twisting and binding and not being able to clip the tool in. I added squeeze tabs to assist the tool going on along with a round guide to go inside the spring to prevent it from twisting. I used springs with a 10mm OD and 7.5 ID with a length of 26mm because it is what I had and they worked good although they stick up slightly, so a spring with a narrower diameter would work better.
