M3 Heat insert Calibration

I needed to calibrate what size hole I need to model for my particular heat inserts. I have M3 4.5mm * 4mm long heat inserts. So this test you can insert the heat insert and see which one gives you the best results.

For my insert it looks to be 4.5mm. You looking for the size before it starts bubbling over.
