Simple M3 washers set in thicknesses from 0.2 to 1.0 mm. Each has a label that serves as a handy way of positioning them in tight spaces. When it's in place cut or just break the label off.
I made these to position the idler door on my skelestruder to align the bondtech over the hotend, but they can be useful in a bunch of places.
First layer calibration is critical if you want the thickness to be accurate. Otherwise, they'll still give 0.2 mm increments.
I printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle, 3 perimeters, 0% infill (doesn't matter). First layer 0.2 mm, 0.1 mm after that.
