M3d cardboard spool adapter

This is a spool insert that screws together for the corrugated cardboard spool that Matter3d uses for their filament. I presume their use of cardboard is for environmental reasons which is great but these spools don't roll nicely on a spool holder compared to the conventional plastic spools commonly used.
