M3D Spool Adapter w/Bearings

I use a 5/16" Threaded rod to hold spools mounted above the M3D Pro. The 5/16" rod is attached to the printer using a customizer version of [this](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2383517) thing from user urish.

With this spool adapter, a couple of 608 bearings, and a couple nuts, the filament spool moves freely and smoothly. I don't think I had a print shift since I started using it.
