M4 Bed Leveling Knob

Initially modified for the Zonestar Z9M3 printer, but I'm pretty sure it can be used on any printer with M4 bolts on the bed.

I wanted to have an easier way of inserting the nut than from below all the way to the top, plus having a stronger body.

This one has a cut on the side where you just slide the nut.

Don't worry about supports on the cut for the nut, I've placed a 0.2 mm sacrificial layer on the top of the cut, just insert a screw driver (or any other tool that fits) from the top, remove the sacrificial layer, clean the leftovers from the cut and you'r good to go.
