I printed this M4 wheel to apply it to the x-belt-tensioner of my Anet A8:

I put this on the screw and locked it with a nut so that it sits tight and cannot loose itself.
Works quite well for my purposes and the screws can easily be tightened by hand - even with a self-locking nut at the end.
