This is an arm protector for M5 PRO Frame Model Airplane Positive X. It's a tight fit which also protects the motor screws and the motor. You only need a zip tie to keep it in place.
The center piece is a little offset to the front to keep the arm fixed in the TPU, so you will need to force it a bit to enter the arm hole.
