M542 Stepper Driver Bracket

This is designed for the Leadshine M542 stepper driver and will also work with the Chinese dq542ma Stepper Driver. It would also work with Drivers whose mounting hole are 12mm from the edge of the case and are less than 40mm thick (as shown in the images.
