I searched most of the designs, and they're about dust and etc. I need 40mm height to be able to hide the external storage and hubs under it. Also, the goal was to be able to print it in less than 2 hours.

As for settings, I printed with PLA, 0.4 nozzle, and 0.2 layer height. As you know, with a large area, Z offset is really important—at least in the top 5 layers. So, I just printed 1 layer wall on the bottom with 0.2 mm and 1 mm for top surfaces.
