Macbook Pro 2015 2018 2019 Riser Stand

SummaryChanged these to work with both my 2015 and 2019 Macbook Pro's. It will block some ports on the 2015, but in my situation, I'm not using the lightning port and my right USB port has a UBIKEY, thus having this in front of it is welcome since I often hit it by mistake. 2015's are just tall enough so that the front rubber feet still make contact, thus the machine won't slide around. I printed with 10% infill.
