As many of you know, old plastics get brittle over time. The beige ABS used in my Performa was no exception. I used FreeCAD 0.20 to draw it trying to be as faithful to the original as possible. This is my first design, so some things could have been done different/better/quicker but at least I learned something. The result is a set of trays/mounts/whatever for both 3,5" HDD and 5,25" CDROM.

As far as I'm concerned, you can find similar trays in other macs too: Quadra 630, PowerMac 6400/6500 (does the floppy in those machines too), PowerMac 6200, 6300 and many others.
