Macropad V2 Remix

I really like original design of TinyBoat macropad, but for my needs i want two knobs, so i decided make a remix.

What have i changed?

- Upside down screws, now uses a 3mm M3 inserts on top cover, 3x20mm and 3x16mm
- Reduced number of keys to 9 ( i'm using red one to change layer)
- added another knob
- resized/rounded usb hole

I uploaded two versions, with led layers and without.
