This is a model of a Magikoopa wand that I made a few years back on SketchUp for use as a cosplay prop. Shoved it into TinkerCad recently to resize it and measure the model.
"Magikoopa Wand V1" is 12.202 inches (309.92mm) from end to end.
"Magikoopa Wand Stylus" is 4.602 inches (116mm) from end to end, and in my experience has worked great as a stylus for a Nintendo DS, 3DS, 2DS, New 3DS, etc.
